I'm truly disappointed because I unfortunately didn't feel like I got a warm welcome or great experience at their store, despite their amazing reviews. I had simply walked in to browse and explore the possibility of buying a new Rolex. However, I was greeted by a sales associate who seemed to just want to get me out the door, not really wanting to entertain my questions about the buying process or a ceramic GMT master II in their showcase. While I understand current watch availability, I wish she'd been a little nicer. This interaction was deeply frustrating, making me feel compelled to speak up.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about a really disappointing experience I had at your Palo Alto store. I've left an online review, but felt I needed to speak to someone directly. CS Rep: I'm truly sorry to hear that, and I appreciate you reaching out. Please tell me what happened. Customer: I walked in to browse for a new Rolex, but the associate I encountered seemed uninterested, almost wanting to rush me out.
